Things to Consider When Buying Jewelry Online

  • Jewelry descriptions include gauge, wearable length, and flare size when applicable. Be aware of what size you wear PRIOR to placing your order and make your selection carefully!
  • Every computer monitor displays color differently. While jewelry is photographed to be as color-accurate as possible, your computer may not match perfectly!
  • Regarding jewelry material, it is important to take into consideration any sensitivities or allergies you may have.
  • Make note of quantity in description. Most items are sold by the pair, but some may be only available as singles! 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of being placed. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive via First Class Mail depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Upgrade to Priority Mail to receive within 1 to 3 days. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your location.

If you would like to upgrade to a faster shipping service or apply insurance for items totaling more than $100, contact us at shopindustrialberkeley@gmail.com before checkout and we will adjust the shipping cost on the item(s) you are interested in.

Please be mindful when entering your shipping information. Shipping labels are printed directly from what you enter so any spelling or formatting is up to you to verify.

If you choose our Free Local Pickup option, your order will be ready for you to pickup at our Berkeley location on Dwight within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will receive an order fulfillment email notification indicating that it is ready.

 

What is Industrial's online return and exchange policy?

The long answer: Due to the nature of body jewelry, all sales are considered final for hygienic reasons. Please make your selections carefully, and double check your sizing needs before placing your order. If you are not sure what size you may need, please feel free to visit us in person or drop us an email at shopindustrialberkeley@gmail.com.

The short answer: No Refunds.

 

My item arrived damaged, what can we do?

Items will arrive wrapped in bubble wrap, bagged, and in a bubble mailer for protection. In the case of a damaged item, please contact us at shopindustrialberkeley@gmail.com

Lost Packages:
If you suspect your order has become lost in the mail, please contact us as well as your local post office. After two weeks have passed since the expected arrival date, we can reach a resolution on a case by case basis.
